ENROLLMENT

Registration form may be obtained in person from the Center, by mail, phone request or print one here. Once you have completed and returned the enrollment form you will be placed on a waiting list. Openings in our program are on a first come first basis, and we will note the date we received your application. We recommend getting on the waiting list as soon as you know you are going to attend Western.

Families with children two to five years of age are eligible for enrollment based on the following criteria: To enter, children must be two by August 31, of the year of enrollment and not old enough for enrollment in the public school.

Children must have all immunizations up to date and a current physical examination. Space is limited to 56 children. Applications are considered on a first come basis and dated upon arrival at the Center.

The benefits of this program are available to all children without regard to race, sex, color, age, handicap, national origin, religion or creed.
